Pineapple Juice

(Jus Nanas)

Pineapple Juice

Pineapple (as Indonesian calls it 'Nanas') is the common name for an edible tropical plant and also its fruit. It is native to the southern part of Brazil, and Paraguay. It's also very popular in Indonesia. Pineapple is commonly used in desserts and other types of fruit dishes, or on its own. It is a good source of manganese, as well as containing significant amounts of Vitamin C and Vitamin B1. During summer, sometimes instead of drinking bottled juice, I like to make fresh juice from it.

- Fresh pineapple, clean it and take only the flesh
